Andy Kitzmiller

Andy Kitzmiller joined Meridian in February 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where he will oversee the global finance organization and financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and controllership, tax, internal audit, and treasury. Before Meridian, Andy was Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller for Hillenbrand, Inc. In that role, Andy was responsible for all external and internal financial reporting, internal controls over financial reporting, and supported the annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and quarterly earnings guidance processes. Andy also supported all of Hillenbrand’s corporate development activity since the acquisition of Milacron by Hillenbrand, served on various committees within Hillenbrand, and was a strategic partner to the six operating companies within Hillenbrand. Before Hillenbrand, Andy was the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Milacron, spent five years in various global finance roles at GE Aviation, and spent ten years in the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche in Cincinnati.
