Lisa Kearney

Lisa Kearney has a strong background in human resources and managing director roles. Lisa started their career at Chase Manhattan Bank as a Generalist/MBA Recruiter. Lisa then worked at Morgan Stanley as a Director, Head of Human Resources, overseeing institutional equity, asset management, and IT departments. Lisa later joined Deutsche Bank as a Managing Director, Head of Human Resources, where they were responsible for front office divisions in North America. Lisa also worked at Momentum Resource Solutions/Armstrong International Executive Search as a Managing Director, focusing on investment banking and human resources positions. Lisa then joined MSD Capital as a Managing Director, Head of Human Resources for Michael Dell's Family Office. Lisa'smost recent position was at Meridian Capital Group as a Managing Director, Head of Human Resources, where they guided and supported the company's HR matters and strategic objectives.
