Melanie Jones

Melanie Jones, Ph.D., PMHNP, RN, currently serves as an ADN Instructor at Meridian Community College since August 2016 and has been a Registered Nurse at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center since March 2005. Melanie earned a Post-Master’s Certificate in PMHNP from Walden University (2019-2021) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Education, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing, both from William Carey University (2014-2019). Prior educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Mississippi University for Women (2011-2012), an Associate Degree in Nursing from East Central Community College (2006-2007), completion of Licensed Practical Nurse training at East Central Community College (2004-2005), and an Associate of Arts degree from Meridian Community College (2000-2002).
