Patty Johns

Patty Johns, CHRP, CHRL, ICD.D, serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Meridian Credit Union since August 2022. Previously, Patty was the Board Chair for the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association from May 2021 to May 2023 and founded HRxlence Consulting Inc., providing talent strategy and organizational consulting from April 2020 to August 2022. Patty has notable experience in leadership roles at Manulife, including Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Head of HR Services, where significant transformations in HR practices and talent strategies were implemented. Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and several post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources, including the ICD-Rotman Director’s Education Program from the Institute for Corporate Directors.
