Jason Woolley

Jason Woolley has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel at Meridian Energy since September 2011, where additional roles have included Regulatory Affairs Manager and Associate General Counsel. Prior to this, Jason Woolley was a Partner and Senior Associate at DLA Phillips Fox from 2004 to 2011, and worked as a Solicitor at Ince & Co, BBC, and Phillips Fox between 1996 and 2004. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) from Victoria University of Wellington, earned from 1990 to 1995.
