Head Of People Strategy And OD at Meridian Energy

Lee M. has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. They began their career at Telecom New Zealand in 2010 as a Design & Delivery Trainer, and later transitioned into the role of Online CSR. In 2012, they became a Team Leader at the same company. In 2014, Lee M. joined Meridian Energy as a Team Manager and held this position until 2016. They then served as the Technical Training Manager from 2016 to 2018. Lee M. further progressed to the role of Capability and Development Manager from 2018 to 2021, and subsequently became the Head of Capability and Development until 2021.
