Rachel Montejo

Rachel Montejo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel started their career at DuPont as the New Product Development Lead for Liquid Filtration from 2003-2005. Rachel then moved to Energy Mad Ltd where they served as the Business Development Manager from 2006-2009 and later as the Technical Manager from 2009-2010. Rachel then joined Talbot Technologies as the Quality Manager from 2010-2011, where they introduced Lean and Six Sigma practices and managed the ISO 9001 certification process. Rachel'smost recent role was at Meridian Energy, where they held the positions of Customer Solutions Manager from 2011-2012 and Portfolio Strategy Manager since 2012. In their roles at Meridian Energy, Rachel was involved in continuous improvement, knowledge management, project implementation, and process engineering. Rachel also focused on quality, variability reduction, and lean implementation.

Rachel Montejo attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1996, they attended Wesleyan University, though it is not specified whether they obtained a degree during that time.
