Dave Archer

Dave Archer is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in unified communications and contact center solutions. Currently serving as a Senior mCollab UC Engineer at Meridian IT Inc. since August 2025, Archer previously held the role of Senior Avaya Support Engineer at the same company from June 2014 to April 2025, providing Tier 3 support and specializing in Avaya Aura enterprise systems. Prior to this, Archer spent 17 years at TeleTech as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer and worked with various systems, including Avaya's CMS and voice mail solutions. Early career phases included roles at ICT Group as a Network/Telecom Administrator and as a Field Artillery Fire Support Specialist with the US Army. Archer holds an AAS in Business Administration from Niagara County Community College.
