Sue Donovan has over 15 years of experience in customer success and service management, currently serving as Customer Success Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and Enterprise Service Manager at Meridian IT Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this, Sue held the position of Services Manager at Cisco from January 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing global enterprise accounts within Cisco's CX Managed Services. Additional experience includes serving as Service Delivery Manager at IPsoft and Program Manager at Nexus - A Dimension Data Company, focusing on service delivery and implementation of Cisco UC products. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of San Diego.
