Tom Joyce

Tom Joyce has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tom began their career at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, where they served as a Senior Account Manager in the endoscopy division for 13 years. During this time, they successfully sold various endoscopy systems, software, and accessories to hospitals, surgery centers, and private physicians. Their sales achievements earned him the Olympus Masters Award for lifetime sales achievement.

In 2004, Tom launched their own consulting and representation firm, Joyce Consulting, Inc. As the Owner and CEO, they strategically sold capital medical equipment throughout the Midwest. Tom cultivated relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including C-Suite executives, doctors, nurses, and researchers.

Most recently, Tom joined Meridian IT Inc. as the Director of Healthcare Sales. In this role, they led a 75-member sales team and was responsible for selling IT hardware, software, and services to hospitals and medical centers. Tom successfully created a new healthcare vertical for the company and was appointed as a member of the executive management team.
