Mike Kaluzynski

Mike Kaluzynski is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Sales Director for Healthcare at ORDR since March 2025, Mike guides healthcare clients in enhancing their cybersecurity strategies. Prior to this role, Mike took a sabbatical to support family and pursue personal growth, and held impactful positions at SailPoint, where contributions included closing a record $1.4M ARR deal, and at Imprivata, where accolades included multiple President’s Club honors and RSM of the Year. Additional prior roles at BD, EPOWERdoc, Nuance Communications, Medtronic, and GE Healthcare demonstrate a consistent track record of driving sales and supporting C-suite decision-making with innovative technology solutions. Mike holds both a Master of Arts in Health Science & Wellness and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ball State University.
