Dr. Peter Wambugu has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. In 1994, they joined Meridian Medical Centre Limited as the Chief Executive Officer and remained in this role until present. In 2015, Dr. Wambugu also became the Executive Chairman of Meridian Health Group Ltd. Dr. Peter has held both positions concurrently, showcasing their leadership and expertise in managing and leading healthcare organizations.
Dr. Peter Wambugu holds an MBChB degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Nairobi. Dr. Peter also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Regent Business School.
