Christina Sparks

Christina Sparks is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Meridian since September 2022. Prior to this role, Christina held positions at Amazon as Operations Manager from May 2021 to September 2022 and at Engaging Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities included Director of Contact Centers, Interim Call Center Director, and Manager from May 2015 to May 2021. Christina started their career at Anthem, Inc. from September 2003 to May 2015, advancing through roles such as Operations Expert and Benefit Analyst. Christina’s early experience includes working as Operations Manager at Signius Communications from October 2000 to September 2003. Christina holds a Bachelor of Media Arts and Science with a focus on Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster from Indiana University Indianapolis, completed between 2008 and 2016.
