Gaile D. began their career in 2014 as a Technical Recruiter for Datalink. Gaile then moved to Raso Solutions, LLC, where they held the same role from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Gaile D. joined Alorica Philippines, Inc. as a Recruitment Specialist and then moved to BOMBARDIER as a Senior HR Recruitment. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Team Lead at The Virtual Hub Ltd and also worked as an Individual Contributor and Virtual Assistant. During this time, they also worked as an Influencer, Blogger, Vlogger, and Photographer for GaileSpace. In 2019, they became the Human Resources Manager at ExpertCollege International. Gaile D. is currently a Team Lead at Globe Telecom and a Recruitment Specialist at MERIDIAN REMOTE TEAMS.

Gaile D. attended Xavier University- Ateneo De Cagayan from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Psychology. In 2012, they completed a Web Developer program at Informatics. Currently, they are enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General at the University of the People.
