Barry has worked with a wide range of institutional and private investment companies, business owners/operators, lenders, and mortgage servicers. Barry'sexpertise lies in developing comprehensive investment, operational, and risk management strategies to maximize the growth potential of businesses and commercial real estate assets. Barry has a deep understanding of the restaurant and retail industry, offering services such as acquisition/disposition strategies, market evaluation/site selection, and lease restructuring/negotiations. Barry has held positions such as Senior M&A Advisor at Retail Investment Group and SVP Business Development/Real Estate at Meridian Restaurants Unlimited, L.C. Barry has also worked at GRS | Centaur - Real Estate/Financial Advisory Services and GE Capital, specializing in real estate advisory, originations, and sale-leaseback opportunities in the restaurant industry. Barry holds the role of Assistant Coach - Specialists/Special Teams at Arizona Christian University/Wheaton North High School.

Barry Bain, CCIM pursued their higher education from 1981 to 1984 at the University of Arizona. During this period, they successfully completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Management Information Systems.
