Barry has a deep understanding of the restaurant and retail industry, offering services such as acquisition/disposition strategies, market evaluation/site selection, and lease restructuring/negotiations. Barry has held positions such as Senior M&A Advisor at Retail Investment Group and SVP Business Development/Real Estate at Meridian Restaurants Unlimited, L.C. Barry has also worked at GRS | Centaur - Real Estate/Financial Advisory Services and GE Capital, specializing in real estate advisory, originations, and sale-leaseback opportunities in the restaurant industry. Barry holds the role of Assistant Coach - Specialists/Special Teams at Arizona Christian University/Wheaton North High School.
