Timothy Marzec

Timothy Marzec has extensive experience in the senior living industry, starting with their current role as Senior Vice President of Operations at Meridian Senior Living since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Timbercrest Senior Living Community from 2019 to 2020. From 2014 to 2019, Marzec held the position of Vice President of Operations - Community Integration at Senior Lifestyle, where they led the integration of new communities, supported development teams, and facilitated market positioning and growth. Before that, they worked at Emeritus as a Senior Regional Director of Operations and later as an Executive Director, overseeing multiple regions and guiding an assisted living community through the licensing process. Marzec also served as an Executive Director at ARV Assisted Living and N.C.S., Inc./Covenant Care, and held various roles at N.C.S., Inc., including Operations Coordinator and Nursing Home Administrator. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership in driving revenue, increasing occupancy, and implementing successful programs.

Timothy Marzec completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Long Term Care Administration/Management from Bowling Green State University. Timothy attended the university from 1982 to 1986.
