Audrey Caldwell has a comprehensive work history in the field of performing arts and music education. Audrey began their career as the Head of Music at Coleridge Community College in 1993 and held this position until 1996. Following this, they joined Swavesey Village College as the Director of Music and Curriculum Leader for the Arts, a role they held for over two decades until 2018. In 2018, they became the Director of Performing Arts at Nene Park Academy, where they served until 2019. Currently, Audrey is the Director of Performing Arts at Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust, a position they have held since 2019.
Audrey Caldwell began their education at Cambridge House Grammar School for Girls from 1979 to 1986. Audrey then pursued a Bachelor of Music Honors degree at The University of Edinburgh from 1986 to 1990. After completing their undergraduate studies, Audrey went on to obtain a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Cambridge, which they attended from 1991 to 1993.
