Dave Lavender

Dave Lavender has a strong work history in the waste management industry. Dave most recently worked at Meridian Waste as the COO. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Advanced Disposal Services, Inc, where they held various roles of increasing responsibility. Dave started as a District Manager, overseeing operations in the North Florida/South Georgia marketplace. Dave then moved on to become a Regional Manager, where they directed multiple hauling companies, landfills, transfer stations, and a recycling plant in the FL, GA, AL, MS, and TN region. Finally, they served as a Regional Vice President, responsible for managing hauling companies, landfills, transfer stations, and recycling centers in a 13-state region with 1400 employees. Throughout their roles, they demonstrated expertise in P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.

Dave Lavender attended Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University from 1987 to 1992. Dave earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
