Dalimil Hrabovsky has had a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Software Engineer at Acision. Dalimil then progressed to roles such as Team Manager and Maintenance Coordinator within the company. In 2015, they became the Engineering Director at Mavenir (formerly Comverse/Xura), where they were responsible for all engineering activities, including development, deployment, support, and maintenance. Dalimil also focused on managed services, revenue share deals, and cloud service delivery. In 2017, Hrabovsky took on the role of Director of Engineering and Operations at Mavenir, where they drove multiple teams and was responsible for engineering activities and technical aspects of managed services. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Director of Engineering at a freelance, self-employed capacity. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Merim Groupe.

Dalimil Hrabovsky completed their education at Brno University of Technology from 1999 to 2004, obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Additionally, they hold a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, which was obtained in 2011.
