Ed Pawlowski

Ed Pawlowski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and customer success across prominent technology firms. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Meriplex since June 2023, Ed previously held key leadership roles at Rackspace, including Vice President of Customer Success for the Americas and Director of Service Delivery for the US. Ed's tenure at Wipro Limited and IBM involved overseeing global ITO contract performance, account P&L management, and client engagement at the executive level. With an MBA in Business Administration from Oregon State University and an MSBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, Ed demonstrates a strong foundation in business and technology leadership.
