She has 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Career Counseling and Development, and related services within Public K-12, Post-Secondary Institutions, and Nonprofit corporations; where she helped lead student success initiatives which increased student retention and graduation rates. She’s passionate about engaging and informing learners of critical success factors within their programs; which will enable them to enter and thrive in the workforce. She believes she can best serve learners by “meeting them where they are”; helping them to determine how their values, skill set, and interests all play a role in aligning career paths.
