Megan Emacio

Megan is a Program Success Manager and Career Coach at Merit America. She is passionate about training, talent development, and helping others achieve their goals. Originally from a small town in Southeast Texas, Megan spent the last 12 years traveling the country and training associates within the retail industry. She comes to Merit America from Nordstrom where she was responsible for teaching and training associates within the Texas region. Megan has transitioned into the non-profit sector to use her passion for talent development to impact the lives of people in the community.

Megan holds a B.A. in Fashion Merchandising with a business focus.
