Aila Morin has held a number of marketing and brand roles in the beauty and wellness industries. In 2020, they began their role as Senior Vice President of Brand, Growth and Innovation at MERIT, where they lead creative, product, marketing, digital, and customer experience teams. In 2021, they launched the brand to huge success during a time when the makeup industry had seen a 55% decline in sales. In 2022, Morin became an Advisor at Versed, providing guidance for brand and growth strategies. From 2016-2020, Morin held various roles at Mejuri, Mezzi, and Snug Vest (by Wearable Therapeutics Inc.), including Director of Brand Marketing and GTM, Director of Marketing, and Head of Business to Consumer Marketing. During their time at these companies, annual revenues grew exponentially and they won numerous awards and press coverage for their work.
Aila Morin has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from The University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations & Economics from the University of Toronto, and a Diploma in French Studies in French Language and Literature from Bouchereau Lingua Qu\u00e9bec.
