Kate Brooks is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in direct-to-consumer strategies and performance marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Direct to Consumer for EMEA at MERIT since July 2025, Kate previously held the position of Senior Country Manager for the UK and Australia at Mejuri, where oversight of P&L, forecasting, and marketing strategy contributed to significant annual growth and retail expansion. Additional roles include Head of Growth Marketing at Plum Guide and Performance Marketing Manager at Farfetch, where key responsibilities encompassed commercial reporting, project management, and channel diversification. Kate’s career commenced at Awin Global, where the foundation in account management was established.
