Bill Floyd

Bill Floyd has a diverse work experience, starting as a Senior Director at ORIX Private Equity Solutions in 2012 and working their way up to Principal at Merit Capital Partners in 2023. Bill has held various board member roles in companies such as United Enertech Corp., Diversified Roofing, and American Insulated Glass, among others. Floyd's expertise lies in private equity investments and board governance.

Bill Floyd received their BBA in Finance from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business in 2007. Bill then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas McCombs School of Business, graduating in 2015. In 2016, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
