Charlie P.

Charlie P. has had a successful career in sales and marketing, holding various leadership positions in the beverage industry. From 1998 to 2007, they worked as the Director of Marketing and Brand Development at The Gambrinus Company. Charlie then joined Barfly Interactive Networks as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they played a crucial role in the company's acquisition in 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Charlie was the CEO and Co-Founder of Dulce Vida Spirits, leading the start-up and successful launch of a premium tequila brand. Charlie then served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at The Gambrinus Company from 2011 to 2016, where they significantly grew sales for the craft beer company. Starting in 2017, Charlie became the Senior Director of Marketing at Karbach Brewing Co., where they achieved double-digit growth for three consecutive years. Most recently, they have been the President, Partner, and Board Advisor at Rambler Sparkling Water. In 2022, Charlie will take on the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Merit Coffee Co.

Charlie P. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
