Alba Menoni

Alba Menoni has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Alba began their career at ImageFIRST in 2018 as a Human Resources Assistant, where they conducted orientations, facilitated communication between leadership and employees, and managed employee files and vendor relations. In 2021, they joined the CDC Foundation as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they focused on onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring data integrity. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Merit Financial Advisors, starting in 2023.

Alba Menoni holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics, which they obtained from Universidad Central de Venezuela in May 2003.
