Doug Blanton, CFA®

Doug Blanton, CFA® has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Merit and is responsible for the Investment Management Program. In this role, Doug assists financial advisors in developing investment strategies tailored to their client's needs. Doug holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Atlanta. Prior to their current position, Doug worked as a Manager - Investments at Ronald Blue & Co. from 2002 to 2011 and as a Vice President, Consultant at LCG Associates from 1999 to 2002.

Doug Blanton, CFA® earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from Texas Tech University, attending from 1990 to 1994. Doug obtained their Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute in September 2000.
