John Hackett

John Hackett is currently employed at Merit as a VDC Structural Design Engineer. Prior to this, John worked at Bechtel Corporation as a Tekla Modeller for the Corpus Christi Liquefaction Project Stage 3. John has a background in structural design engineering, working at companies such as pxfairport, Komatsu Mining Corp., and AM Fabrication. John also has experience as a draughtsman and design manager, with roles at companies like JH Draughting Limited and Tritec Marine Ltd. Most recently, John was a Senior Structural PDMS Designer at Technip, working on the Yamal LNG project. John's expertise lies in producing models, fabrication drawings, and designs for various structural projects using software such as Tekla Structures, PDMS, and AutoCAD.
