John Burke is the Founder & CEO of Merit Holdings, a holding company focused on acquiring, managing, and growing niche vertical software businesses. Prior to their current role, John has held various positions such as Strategic Fellow at Tidemark, Board Director and CFO at SiteMinder, Principal and Executive Vice President at TCV, and investor/board observer roles at companies like Clio, Toast, LegalZoom, and CCC Information Services. John is also an investor in Genesys and Merkle. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
