Dawn Case has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Dawn began their career in 2002 as a Shift Manager at PRC, LLC, where they worked until 2009. Following that, they joined Red Ventures as a Performance Manager until 2011 when they transitioned to the American Red Cross as a Customer Service Supervisor. In 2015, Dawn joined Equitable as a Business Analyst, and most recently, in 2022, they joined Merit Life Insurance Co. as a Senior Business Analyst.
Dawn Case obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in General Studies from Miami Dade College, completing their education between 1995 and 1997.
