Frank Brouwers (Man)

Frank Brouwers serves as a Maintenance & Facility Technician IV at Merit Medical Coatings in Venlo. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of technical installations and facility systems within the production environment. His work includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of equipment and infrastructure to support efficient and uninterrupted operations.

Frank plays a key role in quality assurance processes, including the development and refinement of calibration certificates. He is also actively involved in the ‘Climate System’ project, which aims to enhance climate control capabilities across the facility by June 2026.

With a hands-on approach, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to sustainability and operational excellence, Frank contributes significantly to the success of Merit Medical Coatings’ manufacturing processes.
