Nathan Aguilar

Nathan Aguilar is an experienced Molding Process Engineer with a strong background in injection molding and engineering processes. Currently employed at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. since October 2017, Nathan has previously held positions at Bourns, Inc. and Nypro, A Jabil Company, where responsibilities included molding process validations, creation of validation protocols, and engineering studies. Nathan's expertise encompasses process capability studies, new product introduction, and extensive knowledge of hot runner and cold runner molds as well as various molding machines. Prior to engineering roles, Nathan served as a Sourcing Analyst at Volex and gained practical experience as an Engineering Molding & Tooling Intern at Mattel, Inc. Nathan holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.
