Will Irby

Will Irby is a seasoned executive in the medical device industry with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Global Merit Oncology at Merit Medical Systems, Inc., Will holds full P&L responsibility for the $80M Merit Oncology Franchise and successfully led the commercial integration of Cianna Medical. Prior roles include Area Director of Sales at Cianna Medical, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at IceCure Medical, and Southeast Sales Director at Cordis Cardiology/Endovascular, where leadership of large sales teams resulted in significant revenue achievements. Will's career began at Johnson & Johnson, with progressive responsibilities culminating in a strong foundation in finance and real estate from Mississippi State University.
