Rick Lassow

Rick Lassow is a seasoned actuarial and underwriting professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Actuarial and Underwriting at Summit Reinsurance Services, Inc. since October 2019, Rick also holds the position of Head of Actuarial at Merit Medicine. Previous roles include Manager at Deloitte Consulting, Director of Risk Adjustment & Health Reform at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, and Associate Actuary at Milliman. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Mathematics from St. Olaf College and an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, complemented by a Policy Fellow degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
