Bill Burke

Bill Burke has over 30 years of work experience in the software industry. Bill began their career as an Auditor at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 1987. In 1988, they joined CA as a Senior Account Manager in the business applications software division. At CA, they worked on products such as Masterpiece, ABS, and Cullinet software. In 1991, they moved to Pansophic Systems as a Senior Account Manager, specializing in warehouse management systems. Shortly after, Pansophic was acquired by CA. In 1992, they joined Marcam as a Director, where they worked on ERP software for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Marcam later expanded through acquisitions of Varnet Software and Mapics, Inc. In 1996, they joined MAPICS as the Midwest Regional Manager, focusing on manufacturing ERP software for mid-market companies. In 1999, they became the CEO of Merit Solutions, Inc., a company that provides industry-specific cloud software solutions for biotech, pharma, and medical device companies. Merit Solutions has helped over 600 customers globally.

Bill Burke completed their MBA in Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 1995 and 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Finance from Illinois State University, studying from 1983 to 1987. In 1986, Bill also briefly attended Paderborn University, specializing in Business, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from there.
