Julie Roy is an accomplished Senior Operations Manager at Merit Travel, with over a decade of experience managing the operations of Merit Leisure and Red Label Vacations departments since October 2009. Previous roles at Merit include Manager of Systems Integration and Quality Assurance, Manager of Training and Continuous Improvement, and Director of Industry Relations, focusing on performance metrics analysis and fostering strong relationships within the industry. Prior to Merit, Julie spent eight years at Travel CUTS in various positions including Product Coordinator, Helpdesk Specialist, and Office Manager, where responsibilities ranged from product development to customer service. Earlier career experience includes roles at Cotton Ginny and The Old Spaghetti Factory. Julie holds multiple academic qualifications, including a Business Management Fundamentals degree from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and a Certificate in Travel and Tourism from Centennial College.
