Billy Parks

Billy Parks has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, having worked at Meritage Homes since March 2014 in various leadership roles, including Division Vice President, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Purchasing, Director of Construction, and Area Construction Manager. Prior to this, Billy served in multiple capacities such as SCI Manager, Senior Purchasing Agent, Scheduling Manager, and Construction Manager at Meritage Homes from September 2008 to January 2014. Billy holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
