Garrett Parks

Garrett Parks is an experienced land acquisition professional currently serving as a Land Acquisition Manager at Meritage Homes since July 2023. Prior to this role, Garrett held the same title at Century Communities, Inc. from April 2022 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Land Acquisition Analyst at Meritage Homes from January 2020 to April 2022 and various positions at The Walt Disney Company, including Guest Experience Manager and Quick Service roles from August 2018 to January 2020. Garrett began a career in management and supervision at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, where roles included Department Supervisor and Lifeguard from May 2010 to August 2018. Garrett holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, supplemented by a study abroad experience at EM Strasbourg Business School.
