Javier Feliciano is currently the EVP & Chief People Officer at Meritage Homes, where Javier has been since November 2015. Javier also serves as a Board Member at the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, acting as the Co-Chair of the Compensation Committee. Prior to their current roles, Javier held various Human Resources positions at companies such as Apollo Education Group, PepsiCo, Ford Motor Company, and Valeo. Javier holds a Master of Human Resources & Labor Relations degree from Michigan State University. Additionally, Javier completed an Executive Education Program at Cornell University focused on the Modern CHRO Role and Strategies for Success.
