Joe Berkhahn

Joe Berkhahn, P.E. is an experienced professional in land development, currently serving as Vice President of Land Development at Meritage Homes since March 2021 and previously as Director of Land Development. Joe is also the owner of Berkhahn & Associates since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Development Director and Land Planner at Continental Properties Company, Inc. from December 2011 to November 2020, and Civil Engineer at Bloom Companies, LLC from March 2006 to November 2011. Joe's career began with positions as Engineering Assistant at CDM and Schneider Excavating from 2003 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Urban Planning & Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
