Kathryn Morales

Kathryn Morales is an accomplished professional in the field of land acquisition and market research, currently serving as Land Acquisition Manager and Market Research Manager for the West Region at Meritage Homes since November 2020. Prior to this role, Kathryn held positions at Century Communities, Inc. as a Senior Land Acquisition Analyst and Land Acquisition Analyst from May 2018 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes roles at Meritage Homes as a Market Research Analyst and Land Acquisition Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed writing and compiling information for new land deals that were presented to corporate executives. Additionally, Kathryn completed an internship at Embree Asset Group focusing on healthcare build-to-suit projects, and worked as a Research Assistant at The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M.
