Katie Welch, M.A., SPHR, is an experienced Senior Compensation Manager at Meritage Homes, with a robust background in human resources and compensation strategy. Previous roles include serving as Sr. Global Compensation Partner at Avnet, where Katie designed the company's inaugural global merit review program for over 14,000 employees and introduced a global Spot Bonus program.
