Matt van Horn

Matt Van Horn, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and academic advisement. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Meritage Homes since March 2021, Matt previously held various financial analyst roles within the company. Prior to that, Matt spent nearly four years at Georgia State University, leading a team of academic advisors to improve student engagement and graduation rates. Matt's earlier career includes roles at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, where Matt excelled in increasing branch deposits, and Penske Truck Leasing, achieving significant revenue goals and operational efficiencies. Matt holds an MBA with a concentration in Business Analysis, as well as master's and bachelor's degrees in Sport Administration and Finance from Georgia State University.
