Nicole Fiore

Nicole Fiore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management & Learning at Meritage Homes from April 2021 to February 2025, Nicole has held various leadership roles focused on learning, development, and culture within the organization. Prior to this, positions included Global Leader for Organization Development at HireRight, Global Program Manager for Performance + Engagement at KATERRA, and Sr. Consultant for Learning & Org Effectiveness at UC San Diego Health. Nicole began a career at ON Semiconductor as Manager of Global Learning & Development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ottawa University and a BA in Communication from the same institution.
