Delfino Flores

Delfino Flores currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Meritage Medical Network since November 2022. Prior to this position, Delfino held the role of President for the West Texas Chapter of HIMSS from February 2022 to July 2023. Delfino's experience includes serving as the Director of US Clinical Informatics at Babylon Health from May 2021 to November 2022 and as the Director of Clinical Informatics at UMC Health System between February 2016 and May 2021. Additionally, Delfino was the Director of Advanced Clinical Practice at Methodist Healthcare System from March 2006 to February 2016. Delfino holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare Administration/Management from the University of Texas at Tyler, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, and a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (2018 - 2023).
