Ben Lieser

Ben Lieser has over 20 years of experience in property and asset management. Ben most recently worked as a Regional Manager at The Meritex Company, where they were responsible for managing the financial, leasing, and operational performance of the company's Minnesota and Texas portfolios. Prior to that, they worked as a Property & Asset Manager at Roberts Management Group, overseeing an 850,000 square foot industrial and retail portfolio. Ben also handled development projects from due diligence through lease up. Ben also served as a Director at Carlson Real Estate Company, managing a suburban portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet of office and warehouse space. Earlier in their career, Ben worked as a Property Manager at Great Lakes REIT and as an Assistant Property Manager at Suntide Commercial Realty.

Ben Lieser's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University, which they completed between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, they pursued further education in Real Estate Investments and obtained a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the National Association of Realtors, from 2005 to 2007.
