Mark Charman

Mark Charman is an experienced professional in quality assurance and systems management, currently serving as the Quality Assurance & Systems Manager at Meriton Group since January 2024. Previously, Mark held several key roles at Lendlease from April 2008 to January 2024, including Finalisation Manager for the Metro Martin Place precinct, Governance Manager for the One Sydney Harbour project, and Compliance & Finalisation Manager overseeing project documentation for effective handover. Mark also contributed as the Systems Compliance Manager for the Barangaroo development and managed quality systems for various significant infrastructure projects. Mark's career began at Transfield Services, where responsibilities included developing transport industry management systems.
