Ken Boteler

Ken Boteler, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Meritrust Credit Union, focusing on strategic human capital development and retention. Prior to this role, Ken held the position of SVP of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Premier Members Credit Union and was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Highmark Federal Credit Union. With extensive experience in the United States Air Force, Ken managed various human resource and operational roles, overseeing personnel management, training programs, and multi-million dollar budgets. Ken holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University and multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, alongside executive education from prestigious business schools.
