Head of our Delivery & Operations, Saritha Vijayanagar is an established leader in the field of Marketing and HR with twenty-five years of working experience in various roles in leading organisations across industries. Since April 2007, she is working with Manipal Group. In her stint in Manipal Hospitals, she held various leadership roles like Cluster Head – HR, Head -Operations for the flagship hospital, Unit Head of one of its multi-speciality hospitals,Business Head for retail business in clinics before holding the position of the CEO at Manipal Fertility. ABP News’ Women Leadership Award in Health Care and selected as one of the 100 Most Impactful Healthcare Leaders are some of the awards and recognition for her leadership roles.
Saritha holds a Masters degree in Management Studies with specialization in Marketing from Bombay University and a Postgraduate Diploma in HRD from NIHRD. During her career, she held positions in Business Development, Operations and HR in various industry verticals such as Healthcare, Education, IT and Manufacturing; that includes successful stints with conglomerates like NIIT Ltd., Jindal Steels, Belhos Infotech, Middle East College of IT and Conzerv Systems, to name a few.
